Products & Access

Your purchase grants you access to the Funnel Ignition System and/or other products as described at the time of purchase. All digital products are delivered via email and/or your account dashboard at members.launchlab360.com

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy on one-time purchases. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your purchase date by emailing support@help.launchlab360.com. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

For The OAK Offer training only, we go a step further with our Double Your Money Back Guarantee. If you complete the training, apply what you learn, and do not see an increase in leads or sales, simply email support@help.launchlab360.com within 30 days of purchase. Provide details of what you implemented and the results, and we will refund twice the amount you paid for The OAK Offer training.

This guarantee applies exclusively to The OAK Offer training and does not extend to add-ons, order bumps, upsells, or other Launch Lab 360 products or services.

Subscriptions & Cancellations

If your purchase includes a subscription, your card will be charged automatically at the recurring interval stated on the checkout page. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at support@help.launchlab360.com before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
